Our employees actively participate in speaking engagements and conferences around the world including Society of Women Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers, Anita Borg Institute and DirectEmployers Association, to name a few. Not only is our outreach important, our managers and recruiting teams take conscious measures to ensure our hiring and interviewing practices enable us to hire the best talent from a diverse pool of candidates.

Our employees worldwide are exposed to various programs and initiatives including our Unconscious Bias trainings for managers and employees and our worldwide Women’s Innovation Network (WIN). Stimulating the community

We are committed to nurturing and growing diversity sources. Since 2003, we have been working with schools and community groups in K-12 grades with a particular focus on improving education in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) for underrepresented groups. SanDisk is also a founding partner of US2020, an organization that focuses on increasing access to STEM careers for girls, underrepresented minorities, and low-income children.
